TOUCH Inc. retains full discretion in the allocation and distribution of all funds.
3. No Guarantee of Assistance
Submitting a donation does not guarantee that funds will be directed to a specific individual unless explicitly stated in a designated program.
All assistance decisions are made based on eligibility criteria and available funding.
4. Payment Processing
All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment, you:
Authorize the charge to your selected payment method
Confirm that the information provided is accurate
TOUCH Inc. does not store full payment details.
5. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate transactions
